Yes. We will try to minimize it. We have the best teachers for any learning center in New Jersey. We try our best to retain them by providing them with a good work environment and incentives.
Our teachers are human too. They have life events just like the rest of us that they have to attend, or may be sick and have to miss a day.
In that event we will have an alternate teacher available so your child can keep the same schedule. Sometimes we cannot have an alternate teacher so we will work with you to move your child in another class with another teacher.
Sometimes our teachers will have their schedules change permanently. It may be that they can no longer work certain days because of personal obligations, or they may be offered a higher paying job which we cannot match without raising your fee.
Again, we provide an alternate teacher available so your child can keep the same schedule. Sometimes we cannot have an alternate teacher so we will work with you to move your child to another class day and or time.
Our hiring process is incredibly selective. We hire less than 1% of all applicants. All applicants go through a thorough vetting process including multiple interviews, class observations, behavior assessments, reference & background checks.
Once hired, our teachers go through training in all of the Math Genie subject matter, classroom management, and everything else they need to be successful in giving your children the best possible education during their time at Math Genie. All of our teachers are regularly audited to make sure they are teaching effectively.
Your child’s teacher will change over time. We will try to minimize it. However just as you won’t be working at the same job all your life. They will also move on from time to time. Another awesome teacher will take their place. The show classes will go on.
