At Math Genie we require one full month's notice to discontinue from any program.
To discontinue you must fill out a discontinuation form at a Math Genie center by the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the next month. Email and verbal notices are not sufficient. Our class sizes are small. We do hold a spot for your child, so no exceptions will be made for late notices. If proper notice is not given payment will go through, and you will be charged for the month.
This policy has been designed to give our awesome staff stable pay and hours. Therefore no exceptions can be made. Please don't ask.
